Training Schedule


Here's the training schedule Ive decided to use. I intend to use it more as a guide than as something I follow to a tee. I may even substitute some cross training in for some of the shorter runs. This could be a colossal mistake for a rookie marathon runner like me. I guess I will find out on Nov. 3.
